MBTI seminars and group sessions: 
  • I design and deliver MBTI-based (fun, interactive, relevant) workshops for groups of any size, including leadership teams, regardless of their health and function. I will customize a program based on your group’s specific and unique stated needs, and can assist building greater functionality through practical application of type theory. We can design the program around communication styles, conflict resolution, difficult conversations, boundaries, efficiency, leadership, or we can merely focus on fostering general understanding. Any activities will be specifically designed to foster and encourage more positive interactions between co-workers, and will be suitable for any level of the organization.

This can take place at my office or yours, depending on size of the group and availability of space.*

 

I also do individual leadership coaching, utilizing MBTI type and EQ, which looks something like the individual process, but with the option to add a Miller Feedback Inventory (360, below) or follow up coaching.
